A long itinerary that starts from the navigable lagoon of the city of the sun of Grado to get to Trieste, passing through the Natural Reserves, vineyards and rolling hills, covering about 200 km by bike.
Arrival in Grado in the late afternoon; after having settled in the hotel, the guide will present briefly the program of the week, before the free dinner and subsequent walk through the streets of Grado
The route will be along the Isonzo cycle path, through which you can reach the Nature Reserves that surround the Grado Lagoon. One thing not to be missed is certainly the center of the Island of Cona, with nature trails and excursions. Continue towards the sea, with the possibility of a refreshing bath, before arrival at the Hotel in Monfalcone.

You will cycle towards the karstic area, evocative and particular thanks to its colors, to stop and visit the impressive Redipuglia Shrine, historical site of the First World War. In the afternoon we continue towards Gradisca d’Isonzo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, to get to Cormons and its vineyards. Overnight at hotel in Cormons.
After a short walk through the center of Cormons, you climb towards the charming Castello di Spessa, with its fine wines and its history of medieval counts and lords. In the afternoon you arrive in Palmanova, with the characteristic starry plant, where you will spend the night in the hotel.
Following the Alpe Adria cycle path you reach the ancient Roman city of Aquileia, where the remains of the Empire are still visible. After lunch there is the possibility of boat tour of the lagoon in the afternoon. Continue along the cycle path until you reach Grado, where overnight stay is planned.
The morning is focused on the visit of the lagoon by boat, with the possibility of a suggestive lunch in the casoni of Grado, with a menu based on fresh fish. Afternoon is relaxing in the various islands in the middle of the sea. Return along the cycle path to Grado for overnight.
In the morning you will take a boat to get to Trieste, where you will visit the main places of interest, such as the Molo Audace, Piazza Unità and the Jewish quarter. After this unfailing tour, pedaling along the Cottur cycle path, until you cross into neighboring Slovenia. The return will then be by boat for the last night in Grado.
After waking up and having breakfast, it is time for the greetings and the end of the adventure!
