In the evening, you will be able to have a walk in the port area to await the appearance of the Northern Lights in the company of the professional photographer.
Buffet breakfast at the hotel; start of the day with a guided visit to the museum of cetaceans and departure for navigation on the stretch of sea in front of Andenes. Because of the particular conformation of the seabed that offers plenty of food, this place has become the favorite habitat of many species of cetaceans, and there will be many chances of sighting them during the cruise. The sperm whales are habitual frequenters and often they meet in these waters also humpback whales, common whales, killer whales and pilot whales. On the way back, you will be offered a warm soup. Afternoon for relaxation and dinner at the restaurant of the safari center in the port of Andenes. In the evening, you will be able to have a walk in the port area to await the appearance of the Northern Lights in the company of the professional photographer.

You will have the opportunity to climb to the famous lighthouse of Andenes and to admire the spectacle of the Norwegian coast and the islands from a particular observation point. In the early afternoon, departure by bus to the Lofoten Islands. Arrival in Svolvaer, the capital of cod fishing, and of Lofoten. Accommodation in the traditional Rorbue, the wooden houses of the fishermen on stilts on the sea and the rocks. Dinner in a typical restaurant in the port of Svolvaer. In case of favorable weather conditions, it is possible to observe the aurora borealis among the piers.
Buffet breakfast. In the morning, a short walk of about 20 minutes will take you to the pier where the rafts are moored. Along the way, don’t miss the panoramic spots: the famous sheer mountains (symbol of the islands), the white beaches, and the characteristic racks where the cods have been put in the arctic cold for centuries to dry to get the best stockfish in the world. The islands are connected by bridges and tunnels under the sea, making it possible a day that once took days and days.
