Reservation Changes Policy
Changes of names and/or dates in the reservations will be considered as cancellations. New reservations will be subject to
availability. Rates are based on availability and subject to rate increases-decreases.
Cancellation Policy
Rights to refunds if the customer changes or cancels a reservation are limited.
Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to the customer’s arrival (ON VACATION PACKAGES AND LODGING
RESERVATIONS OF 4 ROOMS OR LESS), will be penalized with a 20% charge of the total cost of the package (a written
notice is required in order to process the refund request). This applies to any services included within the vacation package
(TOURS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to the customer’s arrival (ON VACATION PACKAGES AND LODGING
RESERVATIONS OF 4 ROOMS OR LESS), will be penalized with a 40% charge of the total cost of the package (a written
notice is required in order to process the refund request). This applies to any services included within the vacation package
(TOURS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the customer’s arrival are non-refundable (ON VACATION PACKAGES AND
LODGING RESERVATIONS OF 4 ROOMS OR LESS). This applies to any services included within the vacation package
(TOURS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
Cancellations made for VACATION PACKAGES AND LODGING RESERVATIONS scheduled in holiday season (December 15th
through January 10th and Easter), are non-refundable. This applies to any services included within the vacation package
(TOURS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
Cancellations made (ON VACATION PACKAGES AND LODGING RESERVATIONS OF 5 ROOMS OR MORE), are non-
refundable. This applies to any services included within the vacation package (TOURS, TRANSFERS, ACTIVITIES, ETC.).
Cancellations made 49 hours or more prior to departure (ON TOURS OR TRANSFERS PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY AND
NOT AS PART OF A VACATION PACKAGE), will be penalized with a 10% administration fee of the cost of the service
purchased when payment is made with a credit card. When payment is made by wire transfer bank to bank, a $50 administration
fee applies.
Cancellations made 25 to 48 hours prior to departure (ON TOURS OR TRANSFERS PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT
AS PART OF A VACATION PACKAGE) will be penalized with a 25% of the cost of the service purchased when payment is
made with a credit card. When payment is made by wire transfer bank to bank, a $50 administration fee applies.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure (ON TOURS OR TRANSFERS PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT
AS PART OF A VACATION PACKAGE), are non-refundable.
No shows of any services purchased, are considered as cancellations and are non-refundable.
Once travel commences there will be no refunds made on unused portions, nor is the price or value exchangeable for alternative
services (THIS APPLIES FOR TOURS, TRANSFERS, LODGING RESERVATIONS AND VACATION PACKAGES).
Lack of payment on a specified due date will be considered as a cancellation. In the case that the client decides to continue with
the contracted services after the payment’s past due date, these services will be subject to availability. If the contracted services
are not available at this point, a new quote will be provided and the new services must be paid in full in order to confirm these
reservations. If a client decides not to continue with the services’ reservation process and pay for his/her balance, this will result
in an increase of the cost of the services for the remaining participants of his/her party (THIS APPLIES FOR TOURS,
TRANSFERS, LODGING RESERVATIONS AND VACATION PACKAGES).
Schedule Changes and Delays
International travel changes to schedules may result in the loss of services purchased; no refunds can be given for such losses.
Important Facts
Rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased due to government regulations such as taxes increases, fuel
prices, etc.
A credit card or cash deposit might be required at check in time at lodging facilities, to enjoy of the privileges of those or to cover
for incidental expenses. Such action is an agreement between the client and the lodging facility.
Reservations that require 5 or more lodging rooms might have to apply for a separate quotation.
The partner keeps the right to change, reschedule or cancel any activity such as tours, transfers, etc.
In case that the partner has to cancel a tour or transfer that is already in progress, due to causes beyond its control (such as extreme weather conditions), the partner will determine a new date for such service and a fee might apply to cover the expenses that have been already used (such as transportation, guide, etc.). In the case that the tour or transfer cannot be rescheduled by the partner, a partial refund will be applicable.
Any service’s issues affecting the quality of the guest’s stay at a lodging facility must be addressed directly with the lodging’s
management at the time the issue arises, as the partner is not liable for such inconveniences.
Documentation
All clients using the services of the partner must have a valid passport .It is the responsibility of all those traveling to obtain information and proper documentation. The partner accepts no responsibility for changes in documentation requirements or for any departure or entry denials. Passengers denied boarding for lack of documentation will be considered as no shows. Full cancellation policies apply to cancellations due to incorrect documentation.
Responsibility
Should the partner through no fault of its own be unable to accommodate a client, it will do its best effort to accommodate the client in another hotel with similar characteristics to the hotel chosen originally. By this action, the partner will be redeemed of fault, for taking care of its obligation.
The customer agrees that the partner its agents, affiliates, and employees, shall not be liable for the death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or losses incurred during the services provided to any of its clients. All participants of the services purchased expressly waive any and all rights which one may have against the partner its agents, affiliates, and employees; caused by the negligence of such persons in connection with foregoing. Under no circumstance, is the partner, is to be construed as a carrier or common carrier under contract for safe passage of the passenger or for luggage and/or belongings. By enrolling in and tendering payment for any and all services, participants agree to accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified here. No other person other than the partner, by document in writing, is authorized to waive or alter any condition with the foregoing.
