Walk on the roof of the world!

Come for an unforgettable 13-day tour on the roof of the world, on the Indian side of Himalaya. Following the trail that goes through the local pastures, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of surrounding Himalayan peaks elevated above 6000mt and will learn about the faith of locals, related to the legendary holy Bhrigu lake. Day 1The adventure begins - Arrival in Delhi

Reception at airport, transfer to the hotel. Night in hotel.

Day 2Visit Delhi, evening bus to Manali. 570 kms. 14h

Day to visit Delhi Kutub Minar / Lotus temple / India gate and passing by the parliament house. You will then take a Volvo comfortable bus to Manali, with a dinner stop on the way. Night in bus.

Day 3Arrival in Manali

By morning around 8 to 9 am you will reach Manali. Transfer to your hotel, check in, relax till lunch time. Manali is a small touristic town of the Kullu valley, situated in the inner range of Himalaya. It is famous for apple orchards, pine trees, and its cheerful people, It is a valley of hundred of temples and deities, so it is called the valley of Gods. After lunch orientation and evening introduction with Yoga master. Night in hotel.

Day 4First day Initiation and introduction of Yoga, Pranaya

Two hours of morning yoga session. Back to hotel for breakfast. Later, visit old Manali village which is said to be founded by sage Manu. Lunch break at 1. Free time, and after 3 hours proceed for an evening session of Pranayam or Meditation till late evening for 2 hours. Night in hotel.

Day 5Demonstration and Practice of Asanas, Pranayama

Two hours of morning yoga session before breakfast. Later, walk towards the north to admire the typical mountain architecture houses and to have the insight of local culture. Lunch at Solang facing stunning Rohtang range. Back to Manali. Night in hotel.

Day 6Vashishat

Two hours of Yoga, later leave to Vashishat, visit the ancient temple dedicated to Vashishta and Lord Rama. The sulfur hot springs here are endowed with healing power. After lunch free time, briefing in the evening. Night in hotel.

Day 7Practice of Yoga, Morning practice Pranayam and Asana

After breakfast, tour to Nagar castle, overlooking the entire Beas valley, and to the ancient temples of Tripura Sundari and Shiva. By evening, join an evening session of Yoga, meditation Silence sitting, Yoga therapy and discussion. Night in hotel.

Day 8Morning Yoga and Trek to RauliKholi ( 3500m) toward Bhrigu lake. Trek 1

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the starting point of the trek at Gulaba, 2800m. Porters or mule will be carrying the trekking equipment; after 3-4 hours you will reach the beautiful campsite facing the magnificent view of the high mountains. Stroll around the site, Night in camp.

Day 9Morning Yoga, Trek from RauliKholi to Bhrigu lake 4200m, and Pandu Ropa (3700m) Trek 2

Leave after early breakfast for a panoramic trail with a gradual and steady walk. Descend to the legendary Pandu ropa, where Pandava is said to have cultivated the rice during the exile in Himalaya. Take a glimpse of the stunning Hamta valley and Magnificent peaks of Deo Tibba, 6100m, and Indraasan, 6200m. Evening meditation and Satsang. Night in camp.

Day 10Morning Yoga, Trek from Pandu Ropa to Moridugh. 2600m. Morning Yoga session, Trek 3

Have breakfast and descend through high altitude pasture land, filled with a variety of wildflowers. You will then reach the campsite set in the forest. Relax till afternoon, evening Meditation and kirtan, night in camp.

Day 11Morning last yoga session and closing talk,Trek from Moridudg to Manali- 5hrs, Trek 4

After breakfast you start your back Journey for Manali. You will follow a short descend to join the main trail, then take an easy path over the valley. At the end of the trek, a car will pick you to get you to the hotel. Evening free, night in a hotel.

Day 12Manali to Delhi, 16 hours, 570 kms.

Day free at your own rhythm, afternoon transfer to Delhi by bus. Dinner stop on the way. Night in Bus.

Day 13Arrival in Delhi - End of the adventure

Once arrived you will be transferred to the hotel, half day sight seen in Old Delhi to visit Grand Mosque, to explore the street of Old Delhi and Spice market, evening transfer to airport, flight to your onward destination. Hotel till noon or from noon onward till departure in evening. No hotel for night stay.

Changes in the itinerary may incur. Organizers may modify the tour accordingly to weather conditions to ensure the safety of participants.
